Anyone who enjoys a tough challenge! Hyrox is suitable for beginners and experienced runners alike, because you determine the pace and intensity.
Hyrox courses are available in Jims Mersch. No Hyrox club near you? No problem! You can train in many other Jims clubs thanks to our Small Group Training Go Hybrid, for example.
HYROX courses in Mersch take place in the Performance Cube and are included in the All-in subscription.
So you don't have to pay anything extra to take part: everything is included in your package.
