Go Hybrid is a small group workout in which strength and cardio are combined in one intense workout. You train in a functional way, with exercises inspired by fitness and Hyrox races, such as sledge pushes, rowing and full-body circuits. The aim: to get stronger, fitter and perform better in a motivating group context.
The coach provides advice and adjustments where necessary, so that ambitious beginners and experienced athletes alike can train safely and effectively.
This is small group training, meaning you train in a smaller group. This means more personalised coaching, better monitoring of technique and greater motivation thanks to the group dynamic.
Go Hybrid focuses more specifically on hybrid training: a mixture of strength, fitness and explosiveness. Unlike traditional group classes, here you work with functional exercises that are closer to real performance training and sporting goals.

This means you can also work on your strength, fitness and performance at your own pace and according to your goals outside the Go Hybrid Small Group Training classes.
