Faq's Saunas (infrared)

An infrared sauna does not heat the air, but heats your body directly with infrared rays. The result is a deep, pleasant warmth that relaxes you without the need for the temperature to be extremely high.

In a traditional sauna, the air is heated to 80-100°C. In an infrared sauna, the air is heated to 80-100°C. In an infrared sauna, the temperature is lower (around 40-60°C), but the heat penetrates deeper into the muscles. It is therefore gentler on the heart and breathing, but just as effective for recovery and relaxation.
