What is Hyrox?

Hyrox is the world's first fitness run that combines strength and endurance in a unique format: 1 km of running alternated with a functional exercise - repeated 8 times in a row. This group crosstraining class is inspired by exactly this concept. Expect an intense combination of running, sled pushes, wall balls, farmer carries and much more.

You'll train in a dynamic atmosphere, with rhythm, power and perseverance. Perfect for those who want to prepare for a real Hyrox race or simply enjoy a complete hybrid workout that pushes you to give your best.

No Hyrox club near you? No problem. With Crosstraining, you get the same mix of strength, cardio and functional movements. Ideal for improving your fitness, power and endurance - and excellent preparation for a Hyrox race.

Hyrox is a global fitness concept that combines strength and endurance. You run 1 km, followed by a functional exercise, and repeat the whole thing 8 times in a row.

For anyone who likes a real challenge! Hyrox is suitable for beginners and advanced exercisers alike, because you set the pace and intensity yourself.

These include sled pushes, wall balls, farmer carries and other functional exercises, combined with running.

Hyrox classes are available in certain clubs. You'll find the locations further down this page. No Hyrox club near you? No problem! You can take part in hybrid training at many other Jims clubs, for example via the Small Group Training Go Hybrid or the Crosstraining group class.

Hyrox is a branded concept with fixed exercises and a fixed format. Crosstraining follows the same principle - strength, cardio and functional exercises - but can be followed in many more Jims clubs.
