Pause up to 8 weeks

Sick or busy at work? We all know it. That's why you can take a pause up to 8 weeks with your annual subscription with your continuous or flexible subscription or a fixed 12-month period. During this period, you pay no contribution (and have no access to the clubs). You decide how to split up the pause: per day, per week or several weeks at a time.

This is ideal for times such as:

  • A holiday
  • Illness or convalescence
  • A busy work period
  • Family circumstances
  • Seasonal sports activities

You arrange everything yourself easily via the Jims app.

Coach at your disposal

You are never alone during opening hours. Questions about a fitness machine? There is always a coach nearby to help you. Depending on your subscription, you will receive extra support, for example during our small group training sessions and group lessons (GROUP) or in a personal coaching programme (ALL-IN).

As a member of Jims, you can get started with our schedules from the extensive training library in the Jims app. Whether you are working on flexibility, muscle strength, fitness or recovery from injury, there is always a schedule that suits you. You will also find schedules for specific goals, such as pregnancy, obesity or other health goals.

In addition, the Jims App offers much more:

(Infrared) sauna

Our (infrared) saunas support your recovery: they reduce muscle pain, improve circulation and help prevent injuries. The deep heat relaxes your muscles, strengthens your immune system and promotes sleep, making you stronger not only physically but also mentally.

Small Group Training

Strength training in a motivating group.

In our Small Group Training, you work on specific goals in small groups (6-12 people) with a coach.

Small Group Training offers professional coaching at an affordable rate, ideal for those looking for more guidance. Choose from a variety of workouts, such as

  • 'Start to workout' for beginners,
  • 'Forever Fit' for older people,
  • 'Moving Moms' for pregnant and newly delivered women,
  • Healthy Back' for lower back and neck pain ,
  • 'Strength for Women' for women who want to do strengthtaining,
  • 'Go Hybrid'
  • and many more.

The Cubes are specialized studios within our clubs, where we offer a range of premium group classes. We have four different Cubes, and on the club pages you can find out whether and which Cube is available at your club. Group classes in the Cycling Cube are included in the Group membership.

Tailor-made coaching programme

This process starts with an intake, where we discuss your goals, any complaints and the time you want to invest. Optionally, you can do a Health Check, which provides insight into your weight, muscle mass, fat mass and metabolic age. This helps track your progress.
Based on this information, we draw up a personalised schedule and explain the exercises. You start working with this independently and after 6 weeks we evaluate your progress together. We look at what went well, what the results are and where adjustments may be needed, so that you can get back to work for the next six weeks.
