Frequently asked questions

The quickest and easiest way to get started with Jims is to register online. On your first visit to the club, we'll give you a guided tour. Would you prefer to join the club? You can!

Do I have to pay an entrance fee?

You always have to pay an entrance fee of €50. For fixed-term memberships (day pass, monthly, half-yearly and annual memberships), the entry fee is already included in the total price.

If you have a 4-week subscription, you can pause your subscription for up to 8 weeks (=56 days) a year. These days can be spread as you wish and do not have to be consecutive. Fixed-term prepaid subscriptions (1 month, 6 months or 12 months) cannot be interrupted.

Of course you can. All our memberships give you access to all our clubs 7 days a week.

You can cancel your subscription within 14 days if you took it out online.

If you have not used our services during the 14 calendar day cooling-off period, we will refund the amounts you have already paid into the account through which the online purchase was made.

On the other hand, if you have used our services during the 14 calendar day cooling-off period, we will refund you the amounts paid, less a proportionate share of the total amount.less a proportionate share of the services you have already used and performed.

This right of withdrawal only applies if you have taken out your subscription online.

If you are not sure whether to take out an annual subscription, you can always opt for a one-day, 4-week or 12-week subscription, or for the Flex option (flexible termination at any time, subject to 4 weeks' notice).

Break for up to 8 weeks


Take a break for up to eight weeks:

Sick or busy at work? We've all been there. That's why, with your annual subscription (minimum duration 52 weeks), you can take a break of up to 8 weeks. During this period, you pay no membership fee (and have no access to the clubs). The break is simply added to the end of your membership. You decide how you want your break to be spread out: per day, per week or several weeks at a time.

  • Family reasons
  • Seasonal sporting activities

You can easily manage everything yourself with the Jims application.

Coach at your disposal

You're never alone during opening hours. Questions about a piece of equipment? There's always a coach nearby to help you. Depending on your subscription, you'll receive additional advice, for example during our small group training sessions and group classes (GROUP) or as part of a personal coaching programme (All-IN).

As a Jims member, you can get started with our programmes from the extensive training library in the Jims app. Whether you're working on flexibility, muscle strength, fitness or recovering from injury, there's always a programme to suit you. You'll also find programmes for specific goals, such as pregnancy, obesity or other health objectives.

Training in small groups

Strength training in a motivating group.

In our small-group training sessions, you work with a coach in small groups (6 to 12 people) on specific objectives.

Small group training offers professional coaching at an affordable price, ideal for people looking for more advice. Choose from a wide range of workouts, such as

  • "Start to workout" for beginners,
  • "Forever Fit" for older people,
  • "Moving Moms" for pregnant women and those who have just given birth,
  • "Healthy Back" for lower back and neck pain,
  • "Strength for Women" for women who want to build muscle, and many more.

Premium group lessons in the Cubes

Cubes are specialised studios within our clubs, where we offer a superior range of group classes. We have four different Cubes, and on the club pages you can find out which Cube is available in your club.

Tailor-made coaching programme


This programme begins with an interview during which we discuss your goals, any difficulties you may be experiencing and the time you wish to invest. As an option, you can have a health check, which gives an indication of your weight, muscle mass, body fat and metabolic age. This makes it easier to monitor your progress.

Based on this information, we draw up a personalised programme and explain the exercises. You'll work on your own and, after six weeks, we'll assess your progress together. We look at what went well, the results achieved and any adjustments needed, so that you can continue in the best possible conditions over the next six weeks.
