For one hour, we combine strength training, cardio and stretching exercises. Add to that an upbeat rhythm, and the hour will fly by.
On the programme: squats, lunges, crunches, planks... before moving on to the classic muscle-building exercises. The exercises follow on from each other at a furious pace, putting your endurance to the test at the same time. Two birds with one stone. A workout you'll love...
