The RPM™ is an indoor cycling class set to motivating music. As well as burning calories, you'll quickly get back into shape.

Experience the rush

The coach takes the peloton on a course littered with hills to climb and sprints in this indoor cycling class. Control the resistance level and speed to set the intensity of your workout, and gradually improve your fitness over time.

The coaches go through all the cycling movements (dancer, sitting on the saddle, changing hand positions, speeding up and slowing down).

Once you've finished the Les Mills RPM course, you'll feel better than ever!
