Intake & Health Check

As soon as he arrived, Jeroen had a one-to-one meeting with his coach. Together, they discussed his goals, any health concerns and the time he wanted to devote to his training.
He also completed a Health Check: weight, body fat, muscle mass, metabolic age. It's a valuable benchmark, enabling us to monitor and guide him effectively from the outset.

A personalised programme

On the basis of this intake, Jeroen received a training programme tailored to his needs. The coach explained each exercise in detail and is always available to answer any questions.
What's more, he recommended group classes and Small Group Trainings in line with his objectives. The result is a made-to-measure, motivating and progressive programme.

Follow-up every 6 weeks

With the All-in subscription, Jeroen meets his coach every six weeks. Together, they assess progress, repeat the Health Check measurements and adjust the plan if necessary. This regular follow-up ensures that he stays motivated and on track.

FAQ about the All-in subscription

Bring comfortable sports clothes and trainers. A towel and a bottle of water may also be useful. There are secure storage areas in the changing rooms for your personal belongings.

Yes, your membership gives you access to all the Jims clubs in Belgium. So you can train wherever and whenever you want.

Yes, with a Group membership you can take part in group classes and Small Group Trainings. If you choose the All-in subscription, our coaches will also advise you on the classes that best suit your objectives, so that you can be guided in the best possible way, both on your own and in a group.

When you start with an All-in subscription, we'll schedule a meeting to discuss your goals, any pain you may be experiencing and the time you want to invest. You can also choose to have a Health Check, to get a baseline measurement of your weight, body fat, muscle mass and metabolic age. This allows us to guide you in a targeted way right from the start and monitor your progress.

No problem at all! Our coaches adapt the exercises if necessary. Safety and correct execution always come first.

Every six weeks, we assess your progress together: what has gone well, what results have been achieved and what adjustments need to be made. If you've done a Health Check, we'll repeat it so that you can see your results for yourself.

A Health Check gives you an overview of your body composition, such as body fat, muscle mass and metabolic age. It's optional, but useful as a reference point for tracking your progress.

Yes, after your intake and the explanation of your personalised programme, you can train on your own. Your coach will be on hand to answer your questions and give you advice. Would you like some extra support? Then we can also advise you on the group classes and Small Group Trainings that support your goals.

Yes! Support, including intake, a personalised training plan and reviews every six weeks, is included by default in our All-in subscription.
